On November 27, 2025 the European project INITIATE hosted the Roundtable ‘Data-Powered Business Innovation Models’, as part of the joint conference Shaping the Future of Data, Knowledge and Innovation with AI for Global Sustainable Change. The roundtable focused on how data can leverage business transformation. INITIATE’s local coordinator Paula Vicente moderated the event. The roundtable guests included António Bob Santos (FCT/Iscte), Mariza Motta (Lisbon Metro/Iscte), Miguel Pina Martins (Science4you), and Vítor Hugo Pereira (Plan4Sustain/Startup Leiria/IPLeiria/Iscte).
